- Identity: first name, last name, title
- Contact: email, phone, company / workspace name
- Transaction security: IP address, browser / device information, log records
- Customer transactions: support requests, form contents, subscription records
Purposes of Processing
Your personal data is processed for the following purposes:
- Responding to website visits and demo / contact requests
- Account creation, authentication, and delivery of the workspace service
- Contract processes, billing, and customer support
- Security, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations
- Product updates and marketing communications where you have given explicit consent
Legal Bases
Processing is based on conclusion / performance of a contract, legal obligation, legitimate interest, and explicit consent where required under KVKK Articles 5 and 6.
Transfers
Your data may be shared, to the extent needed to provide the service, with cloud / infrastructure providers, payment (PayTR) and communication partners, and with competent authorities where legally required. Cross-border transfers follow KVKK procedures.
Retention Period
Data is kept for as long as the processing purpose and applicable limitation / retention periods require; it is then deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.
Your Rights
Under KVKK Article 11 you may learn whether your data is processed, request correction or deletion, be informed of transfers, object, and seek compensation for damage.
